Nature is the big healer

Such a very nice weekend we had and I would like to share with you. We were in the camping  and we were always excited for the preparation. Maybe it takes time to build the camping and you need many things to stay night under a tent  however it is a big fun for us with my 7 year old boy. I see how nature brings joy to our life: relaxing by the voice of the river, listening the rain drops when you are sleeping, throwing stones into the lake, make a walk around the lake, feeling the smell of the grass and many more. I really think as a human being where we are belong to is the nature itself. So I would like to investigate some experience from the other people how nature affects our well being, that`s what I have found from the University of Michigan.

``Nature heals Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones. It may even reduce mortality, according to scientists such as public health researchers Stamatakis and Mitchell. Research done in hospitals, offices, and schools has found that even a simple plant in a room can have a significant impact on stress and anxiety.``
